Hi Dave, I do want to say that “ispeed is amazing!” It sure is nice to be able to download all those Microsoft and Adobe Updates with out taking the hours to do so on the dial up. We have our two computers “networked” and my daughter’s laptop on wireless and there have been times when all three of us have been on line at the same time, and it’s still “faster” than the dial up we had! My kid’s are thrilled with songs downloading in seconds and opposed to 30 plus minutes! Wish we had made the switch sooner. Jean
Until recently we have only had access to dial -up internet. This was painfully slow and created a great deal of frustration for all of us. Since signing up with ispeed we have had excellent service at a reasonable price. We really appreciate it when we are informed of upgrade in service delays etc. If ever we have a question about anything the response time from ispeed is amazingly quick.
